Outlook Auto-complete

For the third time this week, I've just sent an email to the home address of the guy who sents right next to me.

This is because Outlook pops up a list of suggestions - I don't read them or anything like that I just see his name and hit enter. Dah!

Anyway, it turns out if you just select that annoying incorrect suggestion that keeps popping up because you once sent an email to some address that happens to start with the same letter as one you use often, and hit the delete key, it goes away, never to return. They're called nicknames - Outlook applies some smoke and mirrors and combines these "frequently" (read once upon a time) used addresses with your contacts and address books and comes up with some "clever" suggestions about whom you really want to send a message to. Anyway the delete things works well. (See here for more.)
